Wrestling season just ended and I'm trying to bulk up over the summer to better fit into my weight class (I was a little small for it this past season.) I take whey protein and Glutamine, but I want to try something else to try to get some results. I have heard a lot about nitrogen and creatine, but I don't know much about either of them. I don't want to take anything that could have an adverse effect on me in the long term. Any suggestions?
