I have a 98 sebring lxi wotha 2.5l v6. And it never over heats on me. On this vehicle the fill cap is on the block instead of on the radiotor. And the thermostat is under the fill cap. But my problem is that when it runs and build pressure, the over flow tube bubbles out fluid and now it looks like the top hose is getting swollen or expanded from pressure. Also the heat doesn't work, and it takes the car forever to cool down. But doesn't over heat and gets to running temp very quick, and it has been between 0- 30 degrees here. So is the thermo stuck open or shut?
